Pro motion ng vs aseprite

Hello. I've been making pixel art (and pixel animations) for awhile now. I make them in photoshop elements. I own both Pro Motion NG and Aseprite. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice that could help me out with these programs. Thanks!
